On October 11th 2003 Her Majesty Queen of Sweden and the Mentor Foundation Board of Trustees with its Chairman Fritz Kaiser, proudly presented the winning projects of Mentor's newly established "Prevention Awards" series at a Gala Evening at the Opera in Zurich, Switzerland.
The Mentor Prevention Awards are part of the Foundation's program to promote high quality drug misuse prevention and rewards outstanding projects in drug misuse prevention in the following categories:
The Mentor Achievement Award for effective prevention projects.
The Mentor Innovation Award for projects which have particular promise for success.
The Mentor Honorary Award for non-traditional efforts of individuals or organizations outside the mainstream of the drug misuse prevention field.
